Experience translated into instruction.

Professional training built from law-enforcement, federal, security and protective-operations experience.

Leadership

Our Instructors

BZ6 Training is supported by a diverse cadre of highly experienced instructors serving the DMV region and Pennsylvania, including active and retired law-enforcement professionals as well as personnel with backgrounds in the U.S. Intelligence Community, including former experience with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

Our instructors bring extensive operational and instructional experience across law enforcement, security operations, firearms, executive and dignitary protection, active-threat response, defensive tactics, and organizational security. Members of the instructional team hold multiple instructor certifications and credentials at the state, local, and federal levels, allowing BZ6 Training to deliver instruction informed by both regulatory requirements and real-world operational experience.

The BZ6 Training instructional philosophy is straightforward: students should leave training knowing the standard, understanding why it matters, demonstrating the required skills, and possessing the judgment to apply those skills safely, legally, and responsibly.

Our goal is not simply to help students complete a course or satisfy a licensing requirement. We strive to develop competent, professional, and accountable security and public-safety professionals who understand both the responsibilities and expectations that accompany their position.
